Worthy District Deputies, Grand Knights, Life Directors, and Brother Knights,
Council Leadership,
As you look to the new fraternal year for ways to have your council participate in community and parish support, please look to the Life director and his chairmen for Life specific programs. Responsibilities and specific Chairmen for each Life Program are:

- Understand the strategic goal of each program
- Be able to explain to State Chairmen how to tactically conduct each program
Provide guidance and support to State Chairmen
Provide information to District Deputies for further promotion to Councils for their participation
- Update on a quarterly basis and look at ways to enhance council participation
State Life Chairmen responsibilities:
Provide Leadership and Guidance for the activity to DD’s that support Councils
- Be able to explain tactically how to conduct each program
- Provide the councils/districts:
The who, what, where, when and how to conduct a program.
Provide specific timelines & venues.
Communications to DD’s. DD’s should provide information to councils.
Although DD’s provide information to councils, program chairmen can work with directly with councils to ensure programs work correct tactically
- Work with DDs to provide support Councils to report all work on 10784 and SP7.

All programs listed are State priority programs. Councils can participate in any program outside of these. However, for the new year starting 1 July 2025, I am asking councils to look at State priority programs first to see if they can fit community and Parish needs. If councils are involved with other programs that could be added to this list, contact the Chairman for that program or the State Life director to see where they could fit
Programs annotated with (FP) are featured programs. These programs count as 2 programs for the SP7. Each program has specific requirements to qualify. See the following link or contact the Chairman for that program or the Life Director with questions.
